To define and develop Inner Technology as a serious field for the AI age.
The Institute works to strengthen the human capacities that technological acceleration makes more necessary: attention, discernment, embodiment, emotional regulation, metacognition, creativity, relational maturity, ethical judgment, agency, and meaning-making.
Why now
The question is no longer only what machines can do. The question is what humans must still be able to do.
